- Each individual may create only one account.
- Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and funds forfeited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation at any time, and deposited funds may not be returned.
2.4 Account Verification

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable to all payment methods.
- Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- If a deposit is not made with the correct payment reference, processing may be delayed.
- We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If unusual activity is detected on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 adds a maximum of ৳5,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- Before withdrawing bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met — you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may not claim any single bonus offer more than once.
- Winnings earned using a bonus must complete wagering before they can be withdrawn.
- 99xb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Weekly Cashback
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
6.3 VIP Benefit Terms
- Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
- 99xb reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
- VIP benefits cannot be combined with other bonus offers unless stated otherwise.
Responsible Gaming
